Reasonably well appointed and well presented room overall, with bunk beds. Family atmosphere all around, perfect location close enough to places to eat. Its location is magnificent & incredible, just next door to the bus stop, train station, Ashton Gardens which has a great play area for kids, and the beach and restaurants. Also, a victorian pier is just around the corner. When I am in Lytham St Annes, I like staying here.
